Welcome to Lordship Elementary School

Lordship School is located in a quiet, tree-lined section of Stratford within sight of Long Island Sound, sandy beaches and saltwater marshes. The approximate two hundred-forty students attending this K-six facility are taught by a veteran staff of highly educated and dedicated professionals.

In addition to resources provided by the Stratford Board of Education, Lordship students receive the support of the Lordship Fathers' Club and Lordship Volunteer Firefighters. These groups provide events such as a Spelling Bee, a Memorial Day essay contest and a weekend Junior Olympics competition. A very active PTA has provided a state of the art playground that serves as an outdoor classroom during the day and is available to the entire community after three o'clock each day.

Lordship School provides a compact and comfortable, yet motivating and academically exciting environment for learning. It is Stratford's educational oasis at the beach!
